Citric Acid

Citric Acid anydhrous is naturally present in citrus fruits like orange and lemon. Sour in taste, this water free acid is free from odor and is accessible in white crystalline form. This multipurpose acid is used as suitable antioxidant in different edible products. S emulsifying agent, this acid is used to produce ice cream. During production of caramel, citric acid is required for crystallization of sucrose. As anti scaling factor, this acid is used to remove deposit accumulated inside boilers, evaporators etc.
